  • Edge bonding methods

    • EVA/PP(Hot melt)-Roller

Applying the adhesive on the roller to the workpiece.

    • Standard
    • PUR - Nozzle

Spraying the adhesive on work pieces with a nozzle

    • Hot air heating

Melting the edge functional layer with hot air, so that it bonds to the workpieces.

    • Option
    • Laser heating

Melting the edge functional layer with laser, so that it bonds to the workpieces.

  • Process/Unit/Features

    • Joint Trimming

Evenly trimming the banding surface of the workpiece to ensure even adhesion.

Clean cutting is possible by using two saw blades Provide a clean working environment by connecting an extraction hood

    • Gluing

Gluing the edge and pressing it using rollers.

Since the drive motor of the glue container and the gluing roller are integrated, it is possible to apply uniform glue with minimum pressure.

    • First End Cutting

Cut the front side of the hanging edge to match the length of the workpiece.

Blade cutting minimizes edge damage by supporting the edge while it is cut.

    • Trimming

Trimming the top and bottom edge overhangs

A Motor-based cutter is applied. Provide a clean working environment by connecting an extraction hood.

    • 0.45 Trimming

Trimming the top and bottom 0.45mm edge(dedicated process)overhang.

A 0.5R cutter is used to trim smoothly. Edge remnant can be blown away using air.

    • Scraping

After trimming, smooth the rough R value on the top and bottom of the edge using a blade.

Easily adjust radius value using an indicator Edge remnant can be blown away using air.

    • Second End Cutting

Cut the end side of hanging edge to match the length of the workpiece.

Blade cutting minimizes edge damage by supporting the edge while it is cut.

    • Corner Trimming

Using a motor-based cutter on the edge to give a smooth finish by rounding the corners.

Pneumatic motor at 18,000 rpm/min ensures reliable corner rounding.

    • Grooving

Make a groove on the bottom of the workpiece.

Provide a clean working environment by connecting an extraction hood.

    • Buffing

Wipe off the glue residue on the top and bottom of the workpiece.

A rotating buffing cloth wipes away bond residue from the product surface.
